I joined about six months ago and in about 3 months I met the goal I had set for myself, I not only lost the weigh I was looking for but I also feel so much stronger and motivated to come to class everyday. I tried other classes but CrossFit blows them out of the water because of Coach Frank, He does an amazing job focusing on your fitness goal and tailoring according to your fitness level. Fitness plans are tailored to each individual. Coach Frank is great with answering all your questions and he does a terrific job modifying your work out in order to accommodate injuries or fitness limitations. He is always there to help you become the best version of yourself. The community is close knit and a pleasure to be around. At Strong Together, egos are left behind in the parking lot. The only thing you'll find inside is a welcoming atmosphere and people ready to support you on your fitness journey.

Until joining Roxbury CrossFit, I was a chronic gym hopper, always getting bored after a year and always looking for something new. I’ve been with this gym now for about 5 years and can’t see myself going anywhere else again. The classes offer top notch workouts that are approachable to all. The classes are intimate enough for personal coaching but large enough to feel like you are apart of wonderful family. Coach Frank is absolutely the best and works with each and every client to tailor the workouts to specific needs and injuries. If you are looking for nice people, great workouts, and the best coaching around, this is the place to be! It’s been life changing.
